To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required: $75 for new sets and $25 for refills. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. The remaining balance is due on the scheduled day, payable in cash or via bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation text with the service address and guidelines. No foreign refills. If you book a new set, I offer a complimentary removal. Lastly, please come in with clean lashes. Please note that cancellations or any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full service cost, with no exceptions. As a dedicated service provider, I strive to accommodate all my clients. However, last-minute cancellations or changes significantly impact my schedule.
